However, Pacific Rim does not represent that such zoning or land use may not change in the future. Homes will be constructed within the timeframes outlined in the purchase agreement. However, if construction is delayed by acts of God, impossibility of performance, or frustration of purpose, the completion date shall be extended by the applicable delay period.
